Carrie at NYU Tisch
Carrie at New York University’s New Studio on Broadway directed by Christopher D. Betts and choreographed by Taylor N. Daniels
Carrie: The Musical follows Carrie White, a shy, bullied teen with a terrifying home life and newly emerging powers. With good intentions, Sue Snell tries to set Carrie up for prom, hoping to give her a chance to feel normal and accepted. When it all goes horribly wrong, Sue is left as the sole survivor, carrying the guilt of knowing kindness came too late.
Onstage, Kat Capili brings Sue Snell to life with grounded sincerity and emotional clarity, making Sue’s guilt, compassion, and growth feel deeply human and painfully real.
